THE APPROACH FOR A PAIN FREE BODY

Massage sessions are usually booked out 9-10 weeks ahead of time. It is highly recommended to plan ahead - by adding yourself to the waitlist via the 'book now' button, you may have a chance of being seen sooner if a cancellation occurs.  

Please note: We have to be very selective if taking on new clients is considered, to ensure our regular clients have the best possible care while at full capacity.  

At ELITE RECOVERY MASSAGE, your initial session carries out a detailed consultation, complete with precise software for postural assessments, and personalised home care recommendations for pain management alongside hands on therapy for the time you have booked in for. 

Session times available: 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 120 minutes.

This session allows attention to detail on a few areas of the body 

Extra time means optimal results. The more dysfunction there is to treat the more time is needed. Your first session being 90 minutes is a gate way for success! 

This longer session is ideal for several areas of the body working in detail or for no particular concerns leaning into a general overhaul of the body. 

The ULTIMATE session.

Working head to toe for a general overhaul or a perfect time slot to address multiple areas of concern for the most advantageous outcome! 

Treating jaw pain with an internal TMJ & Pterygoids jaw release with sanitised hands and wearing medical gloves, often followed by deep tissue massage working strategically through the muscles of the face, neck, and chest that are commonly associated with jaw pain.
